Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal, best known for her role as Roshan Kaur Sodhi in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah recently made headlines when she leveled sexual harassment allegations against the makers of the show, including producer Asit Modi, project head Sohil Ramani and Executive producer Jatin Bajaj was involved. The actress has already quit the show and has filed a complaint against the makers. After exiting the show in March after a 15-year stint, the actress took to social media and made a shocking revelation about her experiences. Following the revelation, the makers issued a statement calling Jennifer undisciplined, disrespectful and misbehaving with everyone. However, Malav Rajda, former director of TMKOC, has termed the allegations as baseless and untrue.

Rajda, who directed Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal for 14 years, said, “Jennifer is one of the most pleasant people on the set. Be it hair-makeup or co-stars, she had a good rapport with everyone on the set. I have been on the set for 14 years. But I and Jennifer have never misbehaved with anyone in front of me. Never abused on the set.” Read also: TMKOC: Police begins probe into Jennifer Mistry’s ‘sexual harassment’ allegations against Asit Modi

Malav dismissed claims that Jennifer lacked discipline, “As far as claims that she was late on set, I would say that never in 14 years has that happened because of her.” My shoot must have suffered.” A lot of actors reach late on the sets and we know the Mumbai traffic. So, half an hour late is fine. There have been times when we have extended the shooting time of actors by more than 12 hours from our end. In the last 14 years, my shoots have never suffered because of Jennifer.”

Praising Jennifer, he further said, “There have been times when she has done her own makeup and hairstyling so that the shoot is not delayed. She was one of them who used to sit with all the actors including the male and female actors. Afternoon Had food. It was not once or twice, it was a daily routine for her. I don’t think anyone would interact and sit with someone who would be so disrespectful on the set. She was very nice and friendly with everyone “
