TMC Ghar Wapsi Queue Rises In West Bengal As It Is Sabyasachi Dutta Turn Today

Mukul Roy’s “ghar wapsi” to TMC was a major setback for the BJP, just after the results of the West Bengal Assembly elections were out. The number of BJP MLAs in the assembly has now come down from 77 to 71. The long line of homecoming is increasing. Today, former Bidhannagar mayor Sabyasachi Dutta is now back in TMC.

Sabyasachi joined BJP after Mukul Roy joined BJP and took BJP flag from Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Dutta lost the Salt Lake seat to Sujit Basu and he fell silent after that.

In the last three days, Dutta was seen protesting the BJP party’s stand and it became clear that he was going back to the TMC.

Today Mamta Banerjee took oath in the Bengal Legislative Assembly and Sabyasachi reached to meet the Chief Minister.

Sources confirm that the Ghar Wapsi line is getting bigger for almost everyone as those who have jumped from the side want to come back to TMC.

But the ruling TMC is doing a pick and choice policy. Datta was trying for a long time and finally, he made it before Durga Puja.

Sabyasachi Dutta said, “I have always been a TMC worker. I became a public representative under the banner of TMC with the blessings of Mamata Banerjee. I actually moved to another party due to some misunderstandings within the party and it was an emotional decision. But now with the blessings and approval of Mamata Banerjee, I am back and will work in the party the way my party wants me to work.

Partho Chatterjee, who joined Sabyasachi, said, “We are glad that Sabyasachi realized his mistake and wanted to come back.

However BJP believes that those who are now going back to TMC are going back because of power and this will not affect BJP.

Abhishek Banerjee had said two weeks ago that ‘many people are in touch with BJP, if we open the gate, the existence of BJP will end’.

News18 sources confirmed, 20 MLAs are in touch with TMC to return.
