Railway gives top priority to transparency in business transactions. In this case the policy of “Zero Error” is being adopted. This was stated by the senior officers in the Customer Grievance Redressal cum Vendor Meet 2021 of Kharagpur Railway Division. A large number of vendors and suppliers from different parts of the division including Senior DMMDLN Prabhakar, Chief Vigilance Inspector Manas Banerjee and ADMM Devvart De of Kharagpur Railway Division were present in this conference organized at the local Senior DMM Office.
On this occasion, the officials said that the Railways conducts business activities with a large number of people. E-market place policy is being adopted for honesty and transparency in financial transactions. This vendor’s meet is done for the immediate disposal of the complaints of the vendors associated with the railways at various levels, so that there is no scope for complaints. His suggestions were also taken to achieve this goal. He said that the department would stick to the policy of “zero tolerance” in this matter.
