The Supreme Court on Friday, June 10 dismissed a petition seeking a special round of counseling for vacant seats in NEET-PG All. India quota. Dismissing the petition, the court observed that the 8-9 rounds of counseling have already been held and the decision not to conduct fresh counseling was not arbitrary but was in the interest of medical education and public health.
