The Kapil Sharma Show is currently in its third season, and is only getting stronger with each passing episode. With ticklish comedy and hilarious one-liners, the show manages to make people laugh while offering new star guests every week. In the latest episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, the audience will get to see Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur. Both are promoting their upcoming film Jersey which will hit the theaters on December 31.
Sony TV has released the promo of the upcoming episode on social media. In the short clip, both Shahid and Mrunal can be seen having a good time with Kapil and his team. Kapil, who specializes in delivering one-liners, joked that the title of the film Jersey is appropriate for the winter season. He said that if the film had released in summer, it would have been named ‘West’.
Kapil next chose Mrunal, who had previously appeared on his show with Kartik Aaryan for his film Dhamaka. Kapil said that he had entrusted her with the task of finding a suitable groom for himself. Kapil wonders if he is the same man that Mrunal wants after returning to his show. While Mrinal blushed, Shahid also laughed a lot.
The host returned to Shahid and told him, “You shoot for 40-50 days. This poor man has only this (referring to his show).” Shahid returned in a joking manner and said, “The day Kapil Sharma becomes poor, India will become the richest country in the world.” Kapil couldn’t stop laughing at the actor’s clever reply.
After this, Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek did a comic dance on the song Dhating Naach from Phata Poster Nikla Hero. Shahid and Mrunal were all smiling appreciating his performance.
