The Telangana High Court on Thursday dismissed actress Sai Pallavi’s plea seeking quashing of a notice sent by Hyderabad Police in relation to her recent comments on The Kashmir Files, which sparked controversy.

“I was recently asked in an interview whether I favored the left or the right. I made it very clear that I thought I was fair.”

Furthermore, he added, “We need to be good human beings before we identify with our beliefs and that the oppressed need to be protected at all costs.”
