Royal Challengers Bangalore all-rounder Shahbaz Ahmed shared a funny ‘language problem’ during a conversation with his Indian Premier League (IPL) teammate Dinesh Karthik.

Sharing an anecdote from the previous edition of IPL, “When I was batting with Sherfane Rut`Herford there was a flow. when he got out and DK [Dinesh Karthik] Brother came in and in that flow I said something in English. DK Bhai was laughing and said, ‘I am DK, talk to me in Hindi.’ In that kind of situation, he was still very calm and that’s why we see his performance in pressure situations,” Shahbaz was heard saying in a video shared by Royal Challengers Bangalore.

RCB finally bought him for Rs 2.4 crore. Having played 32 matches in the IPL, the 28-year-old has 13 wickets and 280 runs to his name. He also has a tremendous strike rate of 116.67 in IPL. Shahbaz made his IPL debut in 2020.
On the other hand, Dinesh Karthik has signed for Bangalore in IPL 2022. With 4386 runs under his belt, Karthik has a strike rate of 132.47 in IPL.
