The film will be produced by Niranjan Reddy and Anvesh Reddy.

The 33-year-old actor joined the film’s team in Hyderabad on Tuesday after the makers released a working still from the project, in which Pannu was in a hand cast and looked at a laptop.

“Over the last seven years I have always been on the lookout to be a part of the stories that I want to see myself as an audience. Films on which I would spend my time and money and ‘Mission Impossible’ is one of them ” Pannu said in a statement.

The actor further added that “Mission Impossible” has an “impressive storyline” and a “good team” behind it.

Pannu said, “I want to reaffirm the trust of the audience to choose quality films and I am doing exactly that by being a part of a film like this.”

Pannu currently stars in the thriller “Haseen Dilruba”, which started streaming on Netflix last week.

Written by Kanika Dhillon and directed by Vinil Mathew, the film also stars Vikrant Massey and Harshvardhan Rane.
