Taapsee Pannu took to Instagram to put up a sexy picture from her hot photoshoot in a blue saree. His sister Shagun called him ‘cutie’ in the comments.
Looks like Taapsee Pannu is busy working on her upcoming project Phir Aayee Haseen Dilruba and her latest Instagram post is indicative of her bold role in the film. The sequel to the 2021 film Haseen Dilruba was announced in January this year. Since then, fans have been eagerly waiting for the reunion of Taapsee Pannu and Vikrant Massey. Just a few hours back, Taapsee Pannu took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest photoshoot in her Haseen Dilruba avatar. She wore a blue saree with a matching sleeveless blouse. She accessorised her day outfit with contrasting white bangles and a sleek silver waistband that defined her waist.
She posted the picture with her rendition of Sanam’s famous song Lag Jaa Gale. He wrote, “Ki phir yeh, haseen raat ho na ho. Maybe in the next birth. Mulakat ho na ho.” Singer Asees Kaur complimented her look and replied to her post with a heart emoji saying “oops”.
Fans also showered praises in the comments section. Some even called her “Haseen Dilruba”, referring to her film. Another said that she is a “goddess of magnificence”.
On Wednesday, Taapsee Pannu shared another picture from her photoshoot in this infamous saree. Teasing her fans, the actress wrote, “Pandit ji kehte hain, na chalan se na chaal se, pyaar karne walon ko parko unke dil ke haal se. (Neither punishment nor plan, says the priest, but only the heart can reveal the secrets of the lover).”
In January, Taapsee announced the sequel on her Instagram Netflix Movie, Haseen Dilruba. He then unveiled the poster of Aai Haseen Dilruba in which the actress can be seen with her back towards the camera. The caption and poster suggested that the sequel would be based in Agra.
Fans are expecting that Phir Aai Haseen Dilruba will be even more entertaining and successful after Haseen Dilruba. The film is written by Kanika Dhillon. Reportedly, Taapsee Pannu and Vikrant Massey will reprise their roles as the lead actors of the film. It is directed by Aanand L. Rai and produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar. The plot of the first film revolves around the murder of Rani’s (Taapsee Pannu) husband. Despite mixed reviews, Haseen Dilruba was one of the most watched Hindi films on Netflix in 2021. The thriller also won the Filmfare Awards for Best Actor and Best Story.
Meanwhile, Taapsee Pannu will also co-star with Pratik Gandhi in Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan. She is also preparing for Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki, in which she will be seen with Shah Rukh Khan.
