Bhaskar, who has always been the subject of heavy trolling on various social media platforms, had filed a complaint at the Vasant Kunj police station on Sunday after some messages were doing the rounds on social media, saying, “Attempts to outrage his modesty”. was intended. “
Based on his complaint, they have registered an FIR under sections 354D and 509 of the Indian Penal Code and section 67 of the IT Act, a police officer said. Sources said that the police have also started investigation into the matter.
33-year-old Bhaskar has always been the center of attraction for all the trolls on social media platforms due to her open views on many political issues.
Talking to a TV channel on Sunday, he said that this culture of trolling has become a threat these days.
Responding to a question as to why only she is being targeted by a certain section of trolls, Bhaskar said this is the main reason she connects with most of the people on social media. “I don’t keep quiet, I answer,” she said.
