In Jammu and Kashmir, the government is now in a mood to take strict action against those who throw stones at the army personnel. On Sunday, the state government issued an order. According to this, clearance for passport will not be given if caught while pelting stones. Apart from this, such people will also not be able to apply for government jobs.

According to state government officials, the Special Branch of Kashmir CID has issued orders to all security units. It has been said in the order that any person of the state who is caught pelting stones, should not be given any kind of security clearance. Digital evidence (video or photos) and police records will also be scrutinized in case of stone pelting allegations.

Family details will also have to be given
The Central Government has already amended a law to make CID clearance report mandatory for government jobs. According to the order, if a person’s family member and particular relative is associated with a political party, then his information will also have to be given. Apart from this, you will also have to tell about your involvement in any political program. Information about being associated with any foreign banned organization like Jamaat-e-Islami will also be sought.

The rule will also apply to those who get re-verification
According to the rules, if the people working somewhere have to get re-verification from the CID, then they will also have to give the details of the date of appointment, posting and promotion. Apart from this, the details of working parents, spouse or children will also have to be given.

Earlier, the Jammu and Kashmir administration had also ordered that the husband of a woman born in the state would also be given a domicile certificate. After the removal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, the central government had also changed the rule of giving domicile certificate. According to the new rule, a person who has lived in the state for 15 years or more will be considered a domicile of that state.
