The pandemic has affected everyone in some way or the other. The work-from-home culture has made us more exposed to the blue light produced by gadgets, which can make us look older. All physical meetings and get together have shifted to online platforms and we can’t really cut down on our screen time.

But there is one thing we can definitely do that is reduce our screen time by avoiding binge-watching and reducing the amount of time we spend on social media.

Smoking inhibits our skin’s ability to generate new cells and therefore makes us look older.

When you are under stress, your nervous system releases stress hormones like cortisol. This stress hormone increases the oil production in our skin which results in clogging of pores and acne breakouts.

Sleep and stress are closely related, poor sleep can lead to irritability and stress while a healthy and sound sleep can enhance health.
