Amid controversy over her husband’s arrest in a pornography case, actress Shilpa Shetty on Monday shared a motivational yoga video, encouraging her fans and followers to be their own warriors.
After a long hiatus, Shilpa is back on social media and recently shared a video with her millions of Instagram followers, in which she can be seen doing several asanas.
Sharing the video, the ‘Hungama 2’ actor wrote, “Be your own warrior, strong enough to influence and defend positive change in your life.”
“Whether it’s a low or a high point, I simply turn to yoga. It’s the best way for me to stay positive, focused, and balanced. One of the most calming yet energizing routines is ‘Virabhadrasana, Malasana, and Dynamic Hip Opening ‘flow,'” she continued.
Atharvaveda: Shanti Sukta or Mantra for Peace is playing in the background of the video, which Shilpa described as “a complete package for mind, body and soul”.
Shilpa was looking calm and calm in the video. He signed his post saying, “Time to prove, ‘Yoga se hi hoga'”.
On a related note, Shilpa returned as a celebrity judge on the dance reality show ‘Super Dancer 4’. She was on a break from the show due to the ongoing controversy over the arrest of husband Raj Kundra in a pornography case.
On Saturday, the ‘Dhadkan’ star also shared pictures from a photoshoot from the dance reality show, along with a powerful message, “There is no force more powerful than a woman determined to rise.”
On 2 August, Shilpa issued her first statement in response to the ongoing controversy, saying that the matter was sub-judice and that false quotes on her part should be stopped.
The Bollywood actor had posted a statement on Twitter. “Yes! The last few days have been challenging on every front. A lot of rumors and allegations have been made. A lot of unfair allegations have been leveled against me by the media and (not so) well-wishers. A lot of trolling/questioning… Not only from me but also from my family.”
Kundra was arrested by the police on July 19 along with 11 others for allegedly making obscene films.
