Television actor Shalin Bhanot was offered Bekaboo inside the Bigg Boss 16 house.
After emerging as one of the finalists of Salman Khan’s reality show Bigg Boss 16, Shalin Bhanot is now all set to return to the television screens with Ekta Kapoor’s Bekaboo. It is a fantasy adventure whose teaser was released on Thursday, 23 February.
The promo reveals that Shalin Bhanot will play the role of a ‘monster’ in the show, while Eisha Singh will play the role of an angel aka Pari. Although the promo will definitely remind you of Ranbir Kapoor Alia Bhatt starrer Brahmastra. The first scene looks similar to the introduction of Dev in Brahmastra. Later in the teaser, Shalin can be seen running with a demon image in her background, like Nagarjuna’s Nandi Astra in the Ayan Mukerji directorial. Watch the promo here:
Soon after the Bekaboo teaser was released, social media users took to the comments section and shared how Shalin Bhanot’s show looks like Brahmastra. “Are you making Brahmastra?” read one of the comments. Another user called it ‘Brahmastra Lite’. “Brahmastra 2.0,” read a third comment.
A large number of Shalin Bhanot’s fans also expressed their excitement for the show. Another fan wrote, “Congratulations Shalin…you kill it.” One of the fans also shared that he is ‘hoping’ for Bekaboo.
Let us tell you that Shalin Bhanot was offered uncontrollable in Bigg Boss 16 house. Apart from Ekta Kapoor’s show, Shaleen was also offered Rohit Shetty’s Khatron Ke Khiladi 13.
Talking about Shaleen’s Bigg Boss 16 journey, the actor emerged as the fourth runner-up of the reality show. While rapper MC Stan took home the winner’s trophy, Shiv Thackeray, Priyanka Chahar Chowdhary and Archana Gautam were the other finalists of the show.
