Shahid Kapoor’s half-sister Sana Kapoor is going to tie the knot today (Wednesday, March 2, 2022) in Mahabaleshwar.
According to a report, Pankaj Kapur and Supriya Pathak’s daughter Sanah is going to tie the knot with Seema and Manoj Pahwa’s son Mayank.
The wedding will take place in Mahabaleshwar and the family has already reached the venue.
As soon as the news of Shahid’s sister’s wedding surfaced in the media, the bride-to-be’s father Sana’s father confirmed the news to Bombay Times. Pankaj Kapoor said: “I don’t want to talk much about it, but yes it’s my daughter’s wedding and that’s what it’s about.”
The BT report further said that, The Kapoor and Pahwa families have been family friends over the years. Both Sanah and Mayank have known each other for a long time and both got engaged sometime back.
While the mehendi and sangeet ceremony had already taken place on Tuesday, the intimate wedding is scheduled today in the presence of family members from both the sides and some close friends.
On the work front, Sana made her Bollywood debut with the film ‘Shaandaar’, which starred Shahid and Alia Bhatt in lead roles. His father Pankaj Kapur was also in the film.
