The victim told- In June 2019, he was married to a girl from Ashoknagar. We started talking before the marriage was fixed. I was very happy. Fell in love with her, but saw 8 stitches on her stomach on the honeymoon. It was only two-three days after the marriage that the wife started talking to someone on the phone. From here my doubts deepened. I spoke to my relatives living in Ashoknagar. It turned out that the wife was a teacher in the school. He had an affair with a teacher there.
On this, I sent my wife to the maternal house only after 10 days of marriage. Then didn’t go to pick him up. Wife filed a case of harassment against me. I knew that before marriage, the wife was treated in a private hospital in Ashoknagar. I took the help of RTI to extract the information. In the information received, the pregnancy report of the wife was positive. This report is from February 2019, 3 months before the wedding. In one report, the husband’s name (before marriage) is also written. The wife has killed a three-month-old fetus. He also presented the same report in the court.

Victim husband told- Wife filed a maintenance case against me in Ashoknagar. The matter is still going on in the court. He told that he has to covertly visit the Ashoknagar court for the case. The wife has got him beaten up several times there. He is in danger, that’s why the case should be transferred to Shivpuri.
