I. Naughty Patty Avocado Burger

Way:

  • Cut the sesame burger bun horizontally from the middle. Apply butter on both the sides.
  • Toast the buns in the bottom of the Salamander oven or on a hot plate.
  • Spread chipotle mayo on bottom bun of burger bun.
  • Put crisp lettuce on top and arrange.
  • Add fried avocado patties and top with fresh guacamole.
  • Topping with cheddar cheese, melt the salamander in the bottom of the oven and close the bun.
  • Serve with potato wedges and mustard mayo.

Way:

  • Put chicken wings in a mixing bowl. In one portion 6 pieces 200 grams.
  • Marinate it with tempura flour, salt, aromat and deep fry the chicken wings and keep aside.
