SBI invites applications for Head of Digital Banking; Eligible candidates can apply by 28 January – Times of India

New Delhi: The country’s largest lender State Bank Of India is expecting to appoint its Head for Digital Banking, and it has invited applications from eligible candidates by January 28.
Bank invites applications for a specialist cadre officer under recruitment for the post to be filled on contract basis, with an aim to provide high quality digital services to its customers.
SBI said, “The Bank is on the lookout for a visionary, dynamic and result-driven leader of Digital Banking with an innovative mindset to deliver superior service quality and omnichannel experience to our customers across all digital and self-service channels.” An advertisement.
The Head of Digital Banking will be responsible for conceiving, developing and implementing SBI’s digital banking strategy and business plan for imparting digital knowledge/skills.
The contractual engagement will be for three years with annual performance review, State Bank of India (SBI) said.
However, it can be extended beyond an initial period of three years at the discretion of the bank.
Eligible candidate should have maximum age of 62 years as on 1st December 2021 with minimum 18 years of work experience in digital leadership / transformational roles in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector.
Out of this, at least 5 years should be at senior management level.
