Sayantani Ghosh wore grandmother’s sari, engaged to long-time beau Anugrah, to tie the knot today

Popular television actress Sayantani Ghosh is all set to tie the knot with her boyfriend Anugrah on Sunday, December 5. The groom to be held reached Kolkata on Saturday evening for the engagement. The Naagin actress took to social media to share pictures from the private event with her fans and followers. The first picture that featured Grace was clicked shortly after her arrival in the city. In the second post, there was a boomerang video of her, in which she was carrying a small placard with ‘Bride to be’ written on it.

She showed off her beautiful engagement ring in the next Instagram story. He also shared a picture of his hands wearing traditional ornaments called ‘shankh’ and ‘pola’. She wrote that she always wanted to wear them.

Also, the gorgeous red sari that she wore with a golden blouse was given to her by her grandmother before her death. Talking about the same, she told ETimes, “My maternal grandmother passed away in 2020 and I was very close to her. I wanted to feel his presence. I am sure she is blessing me. So in her memory, I decided to wear this sari that she gave me.”
