Governor Satya Pal Malik was in Khekra town of Baghpat on Sunday. He had come to console his family on the death of his friend Gaje Singh Dhama. He has advised the central government to continue the recruitment process in the army as per the old plan.

Will write a book on Kashmir after retirement
Governor Satya Pal Malik said, “I will not do politics after retirement. I have no such desire. Nor will I contest elections. I will write a book on Kashmir as soon as my post is freed. I will be the voice of farmers and youth. I will fight for them.
Governor Satya Pal Malik had reached Baghpat at 12 o’clock. Here he offered flowers to his friend’s photo after the guard of honor salute. He placed his hand on the head of Gaje Singh Dhama’s son. After that consoled the family members. He told the people of the village about the moments spent with his friend. After staying for 40 minutes, he returned back to Delhi. Heavy police force was deployed in the village for the security of Rajpal.
Gaje Singh Dhama was Rajpal’s childhood friend
Gaje Singh Dhama was a government teacher by profession. He was a childhood friend of Satyapal Malik. Gaje Singh was a teacher in Jain Inter College, Dhama Khekra. Satyapal and Gaje Singh took elementary education together. The political friendship of both was also very good. Both of them lived with Chaudhary Charan Singh. Gaje Singh Dhama did not have much interest in politics. Gaje Singh Dhama has two sons and a daughter. Gaje Singh Dhama died at the age of 78.
