Samsung launches Galaxy A03 Core smartphone: Price, features and other details – Times of India

Samsung has launched another budget smartphone Galaxy A03 Core in India. The device will be available in a single 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage variant. The South Korean smartphone giant is aiming to compete with new smartphones from the Poco M series, Realme C series and Redmi 9 series. Samsung Galaxy A03 Core, The device joins the Galaxy A03s series that was launched in India in August 2021. The Galaxy A03s was unveiled with a price starting from Rs 11,499 for the base model with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The top-end model with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage costs Rs 12,499.

The Samsung Galaxy A03 Core is priced at Rs 7,999 and will be available on Samsung.com, retail stores and other leading e-commerce portals. The sale date hasn’t been officially confirmed, but it will be available in two color options – Blue and Black

Samsung Galaxy A03 Core flaunts a 6.5-inch Infinity V screen with HD+ resolution at 20:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by an octa-core Unisoc SC9863A processor. It is paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage which is expandable up to 1TB.
The smartphone packs an 8MP single camera setup at the rear and a 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls. The device runs on the latest Android Go 11 OS and the company claims that it is about 20 percent faster than its predecessor Android 10 Go.
The smartphone packs a 5000mAh battery and it is not certain whether the device will come with fast charging support. For connectivity, it includes 4G LTE, 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 with 2.4GHz band, Wi-Fi Direct and GLONASS.
It is equipped with accelerometer, light sensor and proximity sensor. The power and volume buttons of this device are on the right side panel and its weight is around 211 grams.
