Samantha Ruth Prabhu was seen in her best mood after wrapping up her shoot in Mumbai. The actress reached Mumbai on Friday morning after a long break and made her way back to fulfill her work commitments. While the details of the shoot are unclear, Samantha had a happy smile as she exited the set.

The paparazzi spotted him leaving his vanity van and entering his car in Versova, Mumbai. Samantha was seen dressed in a white power suit and smiled at the cameras. He also waved to the cameras before leaving the venue. Check out the pictures below:

When Samantha reached Mumbai on Friday, she became an internet sensation. This was the first public appearance of the actress during her treatment for myositis. Samantha has been battling an autoimmune condition for the past few months. While she has been away from the cameras, she is keeping herself busy with the post-production work of her projects, Shakuntalam being her latest project.

Even though the reason for her visit to Mumbai is unknown, she may be here to start shooting for the Indian adaptation of Raj and DK’s Citadel, starring Varun Dhawan. Recently it was claimed that she had walked out of the project. However, these rumors have now been put to rest as a source close to the actress recently clarified that Samantha is very much a part of Citadel. “Whatever and everything has been written about her being replaced in Gadh is rubbish. She will start shooting in the second fortnight of January.”

Rumors were rife that Samantha had reportedly left the series due to her ill health. It was also suggested that Samantha was to “completely disappear from the public eye for the next three months”. Her team had indicated that she would soon resume work on Kushi co-starring Vijay Deverakonda as well.
