Tollywood actress Samantha Akkineni has taken some time out to rejuvenate in Kerala’s Alleppey backwaters, following the success of her recent dance number ‘Oo Anta..oo Oo Anthava’ for Allu Arjun’s upcoming film Pushpa. The actress on Monday shared a picture on Instagram Stories in which she is seen relaxing inside a houseboat. Samantha was seen in a blue printed dress and was peeping out of the window of her houseboat. The 34-year-old actress was surely enjoying her time amidst the greenery in God’s Own Country.
After separating from her husband Naga Chaitanya in October, Samantha returned to the screens with a bang with her recent dance number for the upcoming Telugu action-drama Pushpa. The actress was seen donning her sexy avatar in the song composed by Devi Sri Prasad and sung by Indravati Chauhan. Dancing with Arjun, who is known for his impressive dancing skills certainly brought out Samantha’s skills as well.
The actress also shared a post dedicated to her recent work on Instagram. On Monday, Samantha shared a shot from the recently released music video and penned a note on how being sexy to sing was no easy task. The caption read, “I played well, I played bad, I was funny, I was serious, I was also a chat show host. I try really hard to excel at everything, but to be sexy is next The level of hard work is…. oh. oo antva oo antava. Thanks for the love.”
Apart from working as an actress, Samantha is also a spiritual person who seeks a vacation to calm her mind. The actress recently visited Uttarakhand for the Char Dham Yatra in October. Samantha traveled with her close friend and model Shilpa Reddy. Sharing a picture from her journey, the actress wrote on Instagram, “I have always been fascinated by the Himalayas, ever since I read Mahabharata, it has been a dream to travel to this heaven on earth, which is a great mystery. The abode is of God.”
