Salman Khan teases SRK’s film, says ‘Tiger 3’ for December 2022 release

YRF is also supporting Shah Rukh-led action film ‘Pathan’, which will have Salman in an extended cameo. There were reports that the films would be a part of YRF’s ‘Detective Universe’, which would eventually bring its heroes together for a film. During a media interaction outside his Panvel farmhouse, where he is celebrating his 56th birthday, Salman said that “Tiger 3” will release by December 2022 and teased the possibility of him and Shah Rukh teaming up for another project. .

“We are coming together in ‘Tiger’ and ‘Pathan’. ‘Tiger 3’ should release by December 2022, before ‘Pathan’ will release. Then maybe we both will come together,” the actor told reporters.

‘Tiger 3’ is directed by Maneesh Sharma, while ‘Pathan’ is directed by Siddharth Anand.

“Pathan” is Shah Rukh’s first film after the 2018 romantic-drama “Zero”, which also featured Salman in a cameo. During the interaction, Salman confirmed that he will be filming for the recently announced ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ sequel after completing two of his projects, “Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali” and the second installment of the hit comedy “No Entry”.

The actor said the follow-up to “Bajrangi Bhaijaan”, written by veteran screenwriter KV Vijayendra Prasad, who also wrote the 2015 original story, will be titled “Pawanputra Bhaijaan”.
