Royal Enfield To Launch A Beast That’s Better Than Ever, Accelerates From 0-100 km/h In 15 Seconds

Royal Enfield is set to launch its new bike, the Hunter 450, soon, expanding its powerful bike lineup. This bike is expected to outperform the existing Hunter 350 model in the market.

Scheduled for a December 2023 release, the Royal Enfield Hunter 450 is anticipated to be a stylish addition to the company’s offerings. It will feature striking 17-inch alloy wheels and a digital display, along with tubeless tires and disc brakes. Buyers can also choose from a range of attractive colour options.

Performance-wise, the Hunter 450 is projected to reach a top speed of 114 kmph and accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 15 seconds. Its liquid-cooled engine is designed for high performance on long journeys. While the ex-showroom price is estimated at Rs 2.6 lakh, the company has not yet officially disclosed the pricing or powertrain details.

In terms of design, the Hunter 450 will feature a fork clamp-mounted headlight and a single-piece seat. It will be equipped with a single-cylinder engine generating 40 PS of power.

For a smooth ride on rough roads, the motorcycle will come with telescopic fork front suspension and mono-shock rear suspension. It will compete with models like the Triumph-Bajaj roadster and the 2023 KTM 390 Duke in the market.

Notably, Royal Enfield already offers the Hunter 350, which comes with a 349.34 cc engine, achieving a mileage of 36 kmpl and is equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission.
