Former Supreme Court Justice Indu Malhotra has now received threats in the case of lapse in the security of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Indu Malhotra is heading the inquiry committee in the PM’s security lapse case after the order of the Supreme Court. He has received this threat from Sikh for Justice ie SFJ.

In fact, many lawyers, including former Justice Malhotra, have received recorded calls. It said, “We will not allow a former Supreme Court judge to investigate the matter of lapse in the security of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Will have to choose between PM Modi and Sikhs. You all are in danger, the list of lawyers is being prepared.

Lawyers have already received calls
This is not the first time that threatening calls are being received in this matter. Earlier, several Supreme Court lawyers had claimed that they were getting threatening calls for judges involved in the hearing of PM Modi’s security lapse in Punjab.

Supreme Court has constituted inquiry committee
The Supreme Court has recently announced an inquiry committee headed by former judge Justice Indu Malhotra to probe into lapses in the security of PM Modi in Punjab. Apart from Justice Malhotra, the Supreme Court bench has made the Director General of National Investigation Agency (NIA) or his representative, Chandigarh Director General of Police and Punjab Additional Director General of Police (Security) as members of the committee. The Registrar General of the Punjab and Haryana High Court is also a member and has been asked to act as the coordinator of the committee.
