“The low cost flats were constructed for Rs 50 crore. They are available in two sizes – 30.6 sqm and 34.3 sqm. These will be allotted to the beneficiaries at a cost of around Rs 4 lakh,” said an HSVP official.
Officials said over 1,500 people had applied for affordable flats.
“The department and district administration are identifying the eligible beneficiaries,” the HSVP official said.
