Ranbir Kapoor Life with action entertainer Shamshera is playing the role of the quintessential Hindi film hero. As the photos, trailers and songs of the film are being released on the internet, fans of the actor can’t stop talking about his massive physique. Pictures of his transformation to play the role of an out and out action hero have been doing the rounds on social media and Ranbir revealed how he used the beast mode to flaunt a six pack in Shamshera.
Ranbir says, “Karan briefly told me that he is not there for me to have a beach body. Here is Bally who is born and raised in the rigors of a brutal prison. He is from the 1800s Karan wanted me to have the body of a heavy worker and I plunged headlong into it.”
He further added, “This film was the toughest for me physically as I am a skinny boy. He is my natural build. So it is easy for me to lose weight. It is difficult for me to build muscle.”

Ranbir’s personal trainer Kunal Gir completely stuns him for his stunning transformation into Shamshera. He earlier revealed, “Ranbir had five meals in a day. He was on a high protein and low carb diet and went through rigorous training five days a week! He used to eat cheat meals only once a week. We trained 5 days a week, each session lasting one hour followed by a 5-minute high-intensity cardio session.”
Ranbir, who is coming to the big screen after four years of delivering the blockbuster Sanju, is pitted against Sanjay Dutt, who plays Shuddh Singh, an evil, ruthless, cold-hearted brute force of nature.
The story of Shamshera is set in the fictional town of Kaza, where a warrior tribe is imprisoned, enslaved and tortured by a ruthless authoritarian general Shuddh Singh. This is the story of a man who became a slave, a slave who became a leader and then became a legend for his clan. He fights tirelessly for the freedom and honor of his clan. Her name is Shamshera.
