The 39-year-old Kapoor said that during his 15-year long career he has always been aware of his film choices and believes that there is nothing in his filmography that would make him ashamed to show his child .

“I am always conscious because I know that society is affected by it. I will not do anything to belittle anyone or anything for entertainment. This is my personality. I feel sorry or (feeling) for any film. ) is not what I have done. I don’t think there is any film from which I want to save them (kids). I believe failures are as important as successes. I would like to say to them that ‘ Papa, that was such a bad movie’ and maybe laugh with him or ‘Papa that was so funny’ and feel very happy about it,” he said.

Kapoor is currently awaiting the release of his period film “Shamshera”, directed by Karan Malhotra. The Yash Raj Films project features the actor in dual roles of father and son.
