Amarnath Badal Phata Live Updates: Several people were washed away in flash floods triggered by a cloudburst near the holy cave shrine of Amarnath in south Kashmir, killing at least 13 people and causing mud and rocks to fall into tents and community kitchens, which fall down a hill.
