Rakhi Sawant has confirmed that she has a tumour in her uterus. Recently, photos of the actress from a hospital in Mumbai went viral on social media, leaving everyone shocked. While Rakhi’s former husband Adil Khan Durrani has called her hospitalisation a “drama” to escape from the legal proceedings of the leak video case, the Bigg Boss fame has now revealed that she will undergo surgery soon.
“I will be fine very soon, I am facing health issues. I’ve a 10 cm tumour and will be undergoing surgery on Saturday. I am not able to talk much about my health, but Ritesh will keep you all updated about my condition. He will inform everyone about the hospital also. I will show the tumour, once the surgery is done. I had to be admitted because, before the surgery, things needed to be brought under control like blood pressure and all. I don’t know the exact details as I am not a doctor, I’m an actor,” Rakhi told E-Times.
Rakhi further mentioned that she has full faith in doctors and shared that she will be fine soon. The actress further called herself a “fighter” and stated that she will be back soon to entertain people.
“Doctors are best here and they are doing their job perfectly. I’ve never given up in life and fought many obstacles and battles since childhood. I am going to fight in the operation theatre as well (starts crying), I know nothing is going to happen to me as I’ve my mother’s blessings with me, she’s there with me,” she said.
“I am a fighter and I’ll come back, nothing will happen to me. Chota sa tumor hi toh hai nikal jaayega… (cries). I’ll come back and dance and sing. I’ll entertain people again. I had no idea that there was a tumour, I was dancing in the towel and when I returned home I fainted. Ritesh ji rushed me to the hospital. After all the reports it was found I have a tumor. But I know I’ll be back to entertain everyone,” she added.

While her fans were left worried about her health, Ritesh Raj Singh, ex-husband of Rakhi, told News18 Showsha that doctors discovered a tumour in her uterus after a couple of tests were performed. They have suspected Rakhi has cancer, according to Ritesh. However, the additional test results are awaited.
