south indian superstar Rajinikanth Has issued a public notice on infringement of rights and warned of legal action against those doing commercial exploitation of the actor’s name, image, voice etc. without his consent. His lawyer S Elambaharti issued a public notice warning of civil and criminal proceedings against those who infringe on the personality of the actor, which includes his voice, image, name and other unique behaviours.
The notice issued on Saturday said that only the actor has control over the commercial use of his personality, name, voice, image etc. The notice also states that many mediums, platforms, product makers are misusing his name, image, voice, cartoon. image, and artistic image, and AI-generated images to create confusion among the public and entice them to buy certain products or access the medium through which the actor’s manners were misused. The notice states that unauthorized use of Rajinikanth’s name, image, voice etc. is likely to cause confusion and deception among the public.
The notice states, “His charisma and temperament as an actor and human being have earned him the title of ‘Superstar’ as fondly called by his millions of fans across the world. His fan base and respect in the film industry The ratio is unmatched and undeniable. Any damage to his reputation or personal life would cause great harm to our client.”
Rajinikanth was last seen in director Siruthai Siva’s Annaatthe. He is currently busy shooting for Nelson Dilipkumar’s Jailer. The film is produced by Sun Pictures on a big budget. malayalam superstar Mohan Lal Will play a cameo role in the film. Produced by Sun Pictures, Jailor is expected to hit the theaters later this year. Music composer Anirudh Ravichander is part of the technical crew.
