Bigg Boss 14 fame Rahul Vaidya has received death threats from devotees of a deity mentioned in the song for his new song Garbe Ki Raat.

Singer and Bigg Boss 14 finalist Rahul Vaidya recently released a song titled Garbe Ki Raat for the festival season. song, starring Nia Sharma | Has gone viral and is very much liked by the fans of the singer. However, it has been insulted by a section of the people in the country as it mentions “Shri Mogal Maa”, a revered deity of Gujarat. Deity’s fans have protested the song. Now, the singer’s team has revealed that Rahul is receiving death threats for the song. However, he also said that the lyrics will be corrected in a few days.
Rahul Vaidya’s team released a statement which read, “Yes it is true that these messages and calls have increased since last night, the messages talk of Rahul Vaidya being killed, beaten up and FIR registered against him so that they can be arrested. While we would like to ensure that the deity is mentioned with respect and not meant to hurt anyone’s sentiments.”
The statement further read, “While recognizing the fact that the mention has not gone down well with a certain section of people, we respect it and are working to rectify it at our level. I urge the person who has objected to this, please allow us a few days as the platform on which we have released the song will take at least a few days to adjust the correction. Rest assured we are all about the sentiments and feelings of all of them. Respect the sentiments who have expressed their concern and are working diligently towards rectifying it.

Meanwhile, Rahul was last seen in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11. The stunt-based reality show was won by actor Arjun Bijlani this season.
