Rahul Gandhi Makes Dosa At Roadside Eatery in Poll-bound Telangana | WATCH – News18

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi learned a new skill during his visit to poll-bound Telangana as he tried his hands at dosa-making at a street food stall near Jagtial and netizens are convinced he was doing a good job.

In a video shared by news agency ANI, which has now gone viral on social media, Rahul Gandhi can be seen making dosas at a roadside eatery. The MP, whom other Congress workers accompanied, first receives instructions from the stall owner and then begins to follow him.

Gandhi puts the dosa batter on the pan and spreads it with the help of a bowl to give a shape while the shop owner and others guide him. The Congress leader then adds some oil and filling into the dosa.

The leader then offered the dosa he made to others and fed the eatery owner with his hands.

According to ANI, the Congress leader tried his hand at dosa-making when he was on his way to attend the party’s ‘Vijayabheri Yatra ‘ from Karimnagar to Jagtial.

Gandhi halted at a bus stop and went to the eatery to try making dosas. He also interacted with other passengers and distributed chocolates to the children.

Meanwhile, Addressing the ‘Vijayabheri’ Yatra on Friday, Gandhi said the Congress government, if comes to power, will also ensure that farmers get Rs 500 more than the Minimum Support Price (MSP) for every crop they grow.

The Congress leader also promised that his party would revive the sugar factory in Jagital and undertake a caste census in India, including Telangana if voted to power.

Rahul Gandhi then accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of not making public the data of the caste census done by the then Congress-led UPA regime.

“The Congress after coming to power in Delhi (in Centre) will release the previous data and also conduct, a new caste census,” Gandhi said, adding the party will also get the caste census done in Telangana if elected to power.
