The BJP’s hint comes a day after Amarinder announced that he would launch his political outfit in Punjab and hoped that a seat-sharing deal with the BJP would be reached if the farmers’ issue is resolved in their interest.

BJP General Secretary and Punjab Incharge Dushyant Gautam Describing Amarinder as a patriot and said his party was ready to establish relations with people who put national interests first.
On his condition that the farmers’ issues be resolved, the BJP leader said Singh did not talk of ending the farmers’ agitation.
Gautam told PTI, “They talked about farmers’ issues. We are committed to it and working for the welfare of farmers. If the time comes, both will sit together and discuss farmers’ issues. ”
“Our main agenda is to put nationalism and country first. All those parties who want to ally with us on this agenda are welcome,” he said.
Amarinder Singh was once a soldier and his stand on issues of national security should be praised, the BJP leader said.
However, Gautam indicated that nothing has been decided yet as “Amarinder Singh still needs to form his own party and put forth his views”.
Amarinder resigned as the Chief Minister of Punjab on Tuesday. Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh SidhuHe said that he would soon form his own political organization.
Singh said, “The fight for the future of Punjab is on. I will soon announce the launch of my own political party to serve the interests of Punjab and its people, including our farmers, who have been fighting for their lives for more than a year. Struggling for existence.” Tuesday.

Later, he dismissed the speculation, but said he would quit the Congress, which he insisted was ignoring senior leaders.
