Ekta R Kapoor being a loving aunt has always made her nephew Laksshya happy and has stood as a support system for him. Recently, she treated fans to a video of Tusshar Kapoor’s son. In the video, her nephew can be seen doing a very cute dance, and Ekta being her lovely aunt seemed overjoyed to see his performance. He wrote in the caption – “Love you luck! You killed it on stage!!!! Proud bua @tusshark89! Don’t miss the dad fanboying like.”

Ekta, who is also a single mother to a son who came into her life through surrogacy, recently opened up about her brother Tusshar and his paternity. Ekta said that she has always been a non-conformist and maternal quality has nothing to do with gender.
Ekta became a mother to a child named Ravi in 2019 and told how she never had a natural parenting quality, which she learned from her brother Tusshar Kapoor, who is also a single father.
Ekta said, “Like Tusshar, believe me these stereotypical gender-based thought processes are so broken now because I can’t identify with half of my moms, not even my own. I guess I Always lost and I am not this natural parent. Like Tusshar. I am always messing around and taking his advice.
“I have better control over my work than my son. I’m learning with him. You’d think it comes naturally, but it doesn’t. Every day I realize there’s a lot of new to learn.” Things are there. It is a natural progression for all, and gender has nothing to do with it. It came naturally to Tusshar, whereas it has been tough for me.”
