Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas were mobbed outside Farhan Akhtar’s home in Mumbai on Monday night. Priyanka and Nick, who are in town, visited the filmmaker for a dinner gathering. Following their meeting, Priyanka and Nick were spotted leaving his house. In a video shared by a paparazzo, Priyanka and Nick were seen seated in their car and heading home.
However, it wasn’t a smooth ride out. The couple’s car was surrounded by the cameramen and struggled to wade through the crowd. For their night out, Priyanka was seen wearing a turquoise coloured dress while Nick opted for a black outfit with a red cap. Priyanka waved at the cameras and greeted them with folded her hands. Priyanka’s visit to Farhan’s house comes amid no update on Jee Le Zaraa. The actress, in 2021, announced that she, Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif will be teaming up with Farhan Akhtar for Je Le Zaraa, an all-female travel themed film. The team had also shared a motion poster at the time of the announcement and had revealed they were eyeing a 2025 release. However, the film seems to have been delayed.
This is also Priyanka’s first meet with Farhan after the latter announced the new cast of Don 3. A few weeks ago, Farhan revealed that Kiara Advani will be seen in Don 3 while Ranveer Singh will be playing the new Don. The filmmaker had confirmed Shah Rukh Khan’s exit from the franchise but has not commented about Priyanka’s role in the film. Don 3 is slated to release in 2025.
Meanwhile, Priyanka and Nick seem to be in town for Holi. The couple has come down to Mumbai with their daughter, Malti Marie. Priyanka was spotted with the little one last week at the airport.
