New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi Inaugurated the centenary year celebrations on Friday Homeland Newspaper.
Speaking at the ceremony, the PM said that he is delighted to address the event to mark the centenary celebrations of the motherland. He congratulated all the people associated with the newspaper.
He was inspired by the paper Mahatma Gandhi And born to strengthen India’s freedom struggle. Motherland is an important part of the proud tradition of newspapers and magazines established across India to unite the people of our country against colonial rule, the PM said.
The PM said that people of this generation did not get a chance to sacrifice their lives during the freedom struggle, but this Amrit Kaal gives us an opportunity to work towards a strong, developed and inclusive India.
He called for self-reliant India and said that it has helped the youth of India to move towards self-reliance.
