Mahesh Babu and Prakash Raj have previously worked together in several films including Dookudu and Okkadu. Prakash Raj played the role of a retired ISRO officer K Unnikrishnan in the film Major, which was produced by Mahesh Babu. Prakash Raj was last seen in Chiranjeevi’s latest film Waltair Veeraiya. He played the role of fisherman Kala, a friend and confidant of Waltair Veeraiah, played by Chiranjeevi.
Mahesh Babu resumed the shooting of SSMB28 in January after a long delay. As per reports, Trivikram Srinivas and team aim to wrap up the post-production work of the film by April. The film is scheduled to release on 28 April. Recently, the makers announced that the actor’s first look from the film, as well as the title of the film will be revealed on March 22, on the occasion of Ugadi, Telugu. new Year’s Day,
The film is written by Trivikram and is the director’s third collaboration with Mahesh Babu.
