Model-actress Poonam Pandey, who had earlier moved the Bombay High Court to file a criminal case against Raj Kundra and his associates at Armsprime Media, has now opened up on the businessman’s arrest in a pornographic case.
Pandey claims that Raj Kundra leaked his number in 2019, over a contractual disagreement, with a message that said “I will undress for you”. She shared, “I was threatened and forced to sign a contract that said – I have to shoot, pose and look a certain way as per their wish, otherwise they will take away all my personal life.” Things will leak”.
Poonam Pandey had earlier filed a case against Kundra and his associates with Armsprime Media, the company handling her app. She had complained that they were using her videos illegally even after the contract was terminated.
In a video message that is now viral on the internet, Poonam said: “When I refused to sign the contract, she leaked my phone number with a caption, ‘Call me now. I’m there for you’ Patti lounga’. He issued this message along with his personal number and circulated it. I still remember my phone ringing continuously after that. I used to get calls from all over the world including threatening messages.” Poonam also said that they have to go in hiding.
Talking about the contract, the actress-model said: “The threat was that I had to sign their new contract. Whatever or whenever they said, I would have to shoot that way or else they would leak my personal information. Will do. When I said no, my number was leaked on the internet,” she said.
Poonam also urged all the women to come out and speak.
“I am making this statement even after my lawyers say no, because if Raj Kundra can do this to me – and I am a well-known personality – what is he doing to others? Impossible to decide That’s where to put the whole. Stop it,” Poonam said. “I would request all the girls to please come out, and raise your voice if something like this has happened to you,” she concluded.
Meanwhile, Raj Kundra has been remanded in police custody till July 23 after he was arrested by the Mumbai Police for making and publishing obscene material.
