PM Gati Shakti Yojana: Modi will launch Rs 100 lakh crore scheme today, infrastructure development projects will accelerate

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch the ‘PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan’ at 11 am today. Under this Rs 100 lakh crore scheme, 16 ministries including rail and road will be digitally connected. This will accelerate the infrastructure development projects. Under this, initially 16 such ministries have been identified which deal with basic infrastructure development.

The Gati Shakti Yojana was announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 15 August. He had said that the way new airports are being built in the country, UDAN scheme is connecting new places, it is unprecedented. Better connectivity is giving new flight to people’s dreams. Modi had said that this scheme of more than one hundred lakh crores will bring employment to lakhs of youth. Gati Shakti will be the master plan of national infrastructure for the country. It will give an integrated pathway to the economy. Speed ​​power will remove all obstacles and difficulties. There will be a reduction in the travel time of the common man, the manufacturers will be helped. In this decade of Amrit Kaal, the power of speed will form the basis of India’s transformation.

16 departments will be included in the scheme
In this scheme, 16 departments of the central government, including the departments that make up railways, roads and highways, petroleum and gas, power, telecommunications, shipping, aviation and industrial parks, will be included. A network planning group of high officials of all the 16 departments of the center will be formed. This will help in accelerating the development in the country.
