Putting pressure on Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi, an ED officer turned out to be photographed with his close ones. ED officer Rahul Verma, who is probing the Sukesh Chandrashekhar case, has been accused of abusing his position. He is the officer of investigation of fraud of Rs 200 crore.

It is alleged that during the investigation, Verma put pressure on two Bollywood film actresses Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi to take photographs with their close ones. Along with this, Verma also got the Instagram accounts of 2 girls introduced by him to be followed by these two actresses.

The actress had come to the officer for questioning

Actually, ED had called Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi to its office at different times last year for investigation in the Sukesh case. Then an officer named Rahul Verma was interrogating these two actresses in this case. Two more girls were also present in the ED office at that time. Both the girls are close to this ED officer. The names of these girls are Monika Pandey and Anamika Pandey.

Sources reveal that the ED officer first photographed these two actresses. This included his office mates as well. After this put pressure on Jacqueline and Nora Fatehi to follow the Instagram accounts of both the girls. However, now both have unfollowed the accounts of these girls.

Demand for action raised several times

Regarding this matter, a Delhi-based lawyer Vikram Chauhan had made a tweet tagging the Prime Minister’s Office, Home Minister and ED. While writing the name of that ED officer in his tweet, he said that this is an abuse of the post. Vikram Chauhan says that I have demanded action many times, strict action should be taken against such people.

When Rahul Verma was asked about the allegations against him, he said that he is not authorized to talk to the media.

This is the Instagram account of Monica Pandey. It is clearly visible on this that Nora Fatehi is following him.

The country’s well-known IT expert Pawan Duggal says that doing so is wrong according to the law. No agency of the country can do this in the name of investigation. Not only this, whether these allegations are true or not can also be investigated. If the investigative agencies of the country want, they can find out who followed whose account when.

Tried to contact actress Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi regarding this. We called them, but both of them did not answer the call. Because of this, his side could not come forward.

Why Jacqueline and Nora’s name came up in Sukesh case?
According to ED, talks between Sukesh and Jacqueline started in January 2021. Even while lodged in Tihar Jail, Sukesh used to talk to Jacqueline on the phone. ED has told in its chargesheet that Sukesh had given gifts worth crores to Jacqueline Fernandez. Among them are an Arabian horse worth 52 lakhs, 3 Persian cats worth 9-9 lakhs, and expensive gifts like diamond sets.

Sukesh had also booked chartered flights for Jacqueline and also gave gold, diamond jewellery, imported crockery. Apart from this, Sukesh has also done transactions with Jacqueline’s brother. Sukesh has also claimed that he has been in a relationship with Jacqueline.

Sukesh also sent many expensive gifts to actress Nora Fatehi. For this reason, Nora is also being questioned by the ED. It is being claimed in the media report that Sukesh had gifted Nora a BMW and an iPhone worth about one crore rupees.

What is the case of money laundering of 200 crores?
During his stay in Tihar Jail, Sukesh made the promise of getting Shivinder Singh and Malvinder Singh, former promoters of Ranbaxy, out of jail. For this, their wives cheated more than 200 crores. He would sometimes call himself an officer associated with the PM Office and sometimes the Ministry of Home Affairs. Many officers of Tihar Jail were also involved in this fraud.
