Philips Air Purifier has been launched at a price of Rs 32,995.

Philips Domestic Appliances India on Wednesday introduced a multi-functional air purifier that is equipped with a three-layer HEPA filtration system that claims to remove 99.95 percent of particles as small as 0.003 microns (micrometres). Available in Delhi-NCR for Rs 32,995, the air purifier comes with three-speed setting to choose from with fan levels: 7.5W, 15W, and 25W or three-speed heat levels: 1250W, 1500W and 2200W – with 3- Level settings for light control and display, the company said in a statement.
“Air purifiers today have turned from just a seasonal product to a year-round necessity. Gulbahar Taurani, Managing Director, Philips Home Appliances said that the Philips 2000 Series, 3-in-One air purifier caters to this group of consumers, who are now aware of the health benefits of using air purifiers at home.
The Philips air purifier offers clean air delivery rates of up to 165 m3/h and an air quality sensor that detects particles in the air and displays it in real time with numerical and color-coded feedback. The purifying function of the air purifier is suitable for room sizes up to 215 square feet, the company said. “With the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an increased awareness of breathing healthy air and keeping families safe from the effects of bacteria and viruses,” Taurani said.
