Those who slept after listening to music got complete sleep.

Patna AIIMS has done great research on the sleep of more than 50 healthy people. In the ongoing research on sleep in neurophysiology, this time research has been done on music. Doctors have discovered how music can change mood and induce sleep. When more than 50 healthy people aged 30 to 40 were included in this research, it was found that when music of the prescribed frequency was played, they slept properly. Those who were not heard, their sleep was disturbed. Now research is going on on a large scale from music on people of different age groups.

Dr. Kamlesh Jha, Additional Professor, Department of Physiology, Patna AIIMS, says that sleep is a big problem. It is a major cause of many serious diseases. Experiments are being done on sleep continuously in Patna AIIMS. In this episode, a big experiment has been done on music. Dr. Jha says that healthy people who do not have any other problem or disease. Such people cannot sleep. Sleeping late and not getting enough sleep is a big issue.

He says that more than 50 people were put to sleep by listening to random music on different days. People from all walks of life were included in the research. In this, the businessman was engaged along with the doctor and social worker. One day the first group was put to sleep with music and the second day the other group. Random group members were also swapped. It was found that those who listened to the tune of a particular frequency got sleep earlier and their sleep was also completed.

132 Hz music did wonders

Dr Kamlesh Kumar Jha says that music of different frequencies was heard during the research. There was no effect on any music, but when 432 Hz music was played, it was like a miracle. AIIMS had prepared this music in advance according to its own accord.

Small scale research, now preparing for big

At present 50 people were involved in the research looking for a solution to the problem of sleep through music, but now it will be used on a large scale. Along with expanding the scope of research, it will be used in different stages by including people of all age groups and giving music of different frequencies. By researching music of a certain frequency, it will be found out what is the effect on people of different ages. The research so far has yielded very positive results. The problem of sleep less or late coming can be easily done with music. Those without any disease were included in this research. Research is being done on such patients, who are also struggling with sleep problems along with other diseases. Dr Jha says that work is now being done based on the results of research on healthy volunteers.
