Cine lovers are showering immense love on this film and it will not be a surprise if it turns out to be the biggest Bollywood film of recent times. In the first five days of its release, the film earned over Rs 450 crore at the international box office and nearly Rs 300 crore domestically. This is the highest number in the post-pandemic era.

According to film critic and film trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the Hindi version of the film is estimated to collect Rs 60 crore on Sunday. On Twitter he shared the early estimates for the film and wrote, “#Pathan *Early Estimates* Sun [Day 5]: Rs 60 crore to Rs 62 crore. #Hindi version. Note: Final total may be slightly higher/lower.”

Box Office India shared more on this, saying in its report, “It is now about to become the biggest Hindi film in India and if all goes well after about 6 years, the title of the biggest grosser will go to an original Hindi film”. Will be back with the film where it rightfully deserves this title in Overseas but India still has work to do but hopefully the next few days will make sure it reaches there.”
“Pathan” has become the only Hindi film to register Rs 50 crore in three days. Now, as a result, all the films in YRF’s Spy Universe – “Ek Tha Tiger”, “Tiger Zinda Hai”, “War” and “Pathan” – are blockbusters.
