Pakistan Woman Reunited With Her Lost Bag After 3 Years, Here’s Why

However, a woman living in Pakistan was surprised when she was reunited with her lost bag after 3 years. Her story will leave you stunned as it is a perfect example of quirky but heartwarming.

A woman named Khadija M, who lives in Pakistan, took to Twitter to share her story about how she found a lost laptop bag back in 2018. She was shocked as she received all her valuables in perfect condition after all these years. He has expressed his gratitude to a kind mobile shopkeeper who kept it safe.

Khadija mentioned in a tweet how she lost her bag at the Islamabad airport in 2018, which contained her iPad, Kindle and a hard disk with complete backups from her phone. “Just realized I never told Twitter this bizarre story. In 2018 I lost my laptop bag after an exhausting flight at Islamabad airport. It contained my iPad, Kindle and a hard disk. The hard disk had all the backups of my phone. I was devastated but I got over it,” her tweet read.

The thread of his tweets explained how he got over his lost belongings and bought everything new when he got a call. “Three years later in 2021. When I had already got another Kindle and tablet and forgot all about the lost items, I got a call from the owner of a mobile shop in Jhelum. The man claimed that he had my belongings. First I didn’t understand what he was saying, then I remembered,” read another tweet.

Humanity plays a major role in Khadija’s story as someone tries to sell her goods to a mobile shopkeeper, but finds something wrong. The shopkeeper did everything he could to find the right owner.

“He sent me pictures of the contents of the bag and of course, it was my luggage. Just like I left them in the bag. Includes my sunglasses and a notebook with my scribbles in it. Turns out, someone tried to sell him the gadget but thought he was not the rightful owner,” his tweet read.

The shopkeeper held the bag and went through the hard disk to find a way to contact it. “He kept the bag. Went through my hard disk to find a way to contact me. I had a completely random screenshot of a conversation between me and my roommate in my backup folder. His number was visible at the top So he contacted her to get my contact information,” she wrote.

Khadija’s brother then went to Jhelum to collect his belongings. He explained that the man lived in a small village, had a small mobile shop, and could barely make a living. However, he did everything in his ability to return the lost item to the rightful owner.
