Oppo Reno 6 and Reno 6 Pro launch teased on Flipkart – Times of India

Oppo is all set to expand its Reno smartphone range in India. The company is preparing to launch the Reno 6 series phones in the country, as revealed by Flipkart. The e-tailer has created a webpage for the Oppo Reno 6 and Reno 6 Pro.

The page does not reveal the launch date of the handset, it only says that the devices are coming soon. The Flipkart web page also has an image of a smartphone that could be either the Oppo Reno 6 or the Oppo Reno 6 Pro. It shows a blue gradient design on the back of the phone.

A vertically aligned triple camera setup can also be seen at the back. The LED flashlight is located within the camera module. Oppo branding can be seen on the lower right corner. Apart from this, a USB Type-C charging port can also be seen on the bottom edge and a power button on the right edge.

The Flipkart teaser reveals that the upcoming phones will offer Bokeh Flair portrait video capabilities. The page also reveals that the series will be 5G-capable. It is not yet clear whether both or one handset will offer 5G connectivity.

Oppo Reno 6 series was launched in China last month. The company announced three phones under the series – Oppo Reno 6, Reno 6 Pro and Reno 6 Pro+.

Oppo Reno 6 Pro is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset, while Reno 6 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900. The handsets come with ColorOS 11 based on Android 11 operating system and offer 65W charging support.
