Allowing West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s plea for hearing, the Calcutta High Court on Wednesday directed that notice be served to Leader of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari, whose victory in the assembly elections from Nandigram was challenged by it.
