New Delhi: Bollywood actress Ananya Pandey came under the radar of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) after her name surfaced during the investigation against Aryan Khan. After the first questioning on Thursday, the ‘Liger’ actress was called in for the second time today.
According to reports, Ananya Pandey has been called for questioning by NCB again on 25 October i.e. on Monday. An ANI report said, “The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has called actor Ananya Pandey for questioning once again on Monday, October 25.”
NCB DDG Ashok Mutha Jain in a statement to ANI said, “He has been called again on Monday morning, will be questioned. Further process will happen.” The report further added, “I have no such information yet,” Ashok Mutha Jain said on whether the actor has given any information about the number of drug peddlers sent by Aryan Khan.
Also, according to many media reports, the ‘Student of the Year 2’ actress has been grilled by the Narcotics Control Bureau for 4 hours today.
According to a report by Anti-Narcotics Agency, Aryan Khan had reportedly talked to Ananya Pandey about drugs in a WhatsApp chat.. Two days ago, during the hearing on the bail application of Shahrukh’s son Aryan, the copy of the chat was handed over to the court. Also, as part of the ongoing investigation in the Aryan Khan drug case, the NCB team visited Ananya Pandey’s residence in Khar West on Thursday.
Actor Chunky Pandey’s daughter, Ananya shares a good bond with Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan’s kids – Aryan and Suhana Khan.
Meanwhile, Aryan Khan, who is currently lodged in Arthur Road Jail, was arrested by the Central Investigation Agency along with 7 others on 3 October. NCB arrested the star kid after raiding a cruise ship party off the Mumbai coast.
