To make it, whisk together gram flour, ginger paste, chili paste, salt, turmeric, sugar and oil. Add fruit salt and pour the mixture into a greased microwave dish, cook for 6-8 minutes. Meanwhile, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilies. Remove the dish from the microwave, cut the dhokla into desired shapes and add the tempering.
